1. 本政策遵守《个人信息保护法》《网络安全法》及App Store审核指南。
1. This policy complies with PIPL, Cybersecurity Law and App Store Guidelines.
2. 说明信息收集、使用、存储、保护、共享及用户权利。
2. It explains information collection, use, storage, protection, sharing and your rights.
3. 本APP仅用于蓝牙连接GPS采集定位，不主动采集身份信息，以本地存储为主。
3. This App only connects GPS via Bluetooth to collect location; no identity info collected without consent; mostly local storage.
二、我们收集的信息
2. Information We Collect
（一）必需信息
(1) Required Information
1. 蓝牙设备信息：名称、MAC地址、连接状态（仅用于设备连接）
1. Bluetooth Device Info: name, MAC address, connection status (for device connection only)
2. 位置信息：经纬度、海拔、速度、轨迹点、定位时间
2. Location Info: latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, track points, timestamp
3. 设备日志：型号、系统版本、APP版本、崩溃日志（优化使用）
3. Device & Logs: model, OS version, App version, crash logs (for optimization)
（二）非必需信息
(2) Optional Information
1. 云端服务自愿提供：昵称、头像、账号、轨迹数据
1. For cloud services optional: nickname, avatar, account, track data
2. 我们不收集：身份证、手机号、通讯录、短信、相册、麦克风等无关信息
2. We do NOT collect: ID, phone, contacts, SMS, photos, microphone, etc.

2. 解析、展示、记录、存储GPS定位与轨迹
3. 数据导出、删除、查询、统计
4. 修复BUG、优化兼容、提升稳定性

1. Bluetooth scan, pairing, connection and data transmission
2. Parse, display, record and store GPS location and tracks
3. Data export, delete, query and statistics
4. Fix bugs, optimize compatibility and improve stability
5. Security, risk control and legal compliance
四、权限使用说明
4. Permission Explanation
1. 蓝牙：连接GPS设备；拒绝则无法连接设备
2. 位置：蓝牙发现与GPS解析；拒绝则功能受限
3. 存储：保存导出轨迹；拒绝则无法保存导出
4. 权限可随时在系统设置关闭
1. Bluetooth: connect GPS device; denied = cannot connect device
2. Location: Bluetooth discovery & GPS parsing; denied = limited functions
3. Storage: save & export tracks; denied = cannot save/export
4. Permissions can be turned off in system settings at any time
五、信息存储与保护
5. Data Storage & Security
1. 存储地点：中国大陆本地设备/安全服务器
2. 存储期限：本地数据用户自行管理；云端数据注销后删除
3. 保护措施：加密传输、加密存储、访问控制、安全审计

2. Retention: local data managed by you; cloud data deleted after account logout
3. Protection: encrypted transmission, encrypted storage, access control, security audit
六、信息共享、转让、公开
6. Sharing, Transfer & Disclosure
1. 未经同意，不向第三方出售、共享、转让个人信息
1. We do NOT sell, share or transfer personal info to third parties without consent
2. 以下情况除外：法律法规要求、保护公共安全、用户明确同意、合并收购资产转让
2. Exceptions: required by laws, protect public safety, user consent, merger & acquisition
3. 第三方SDK将公示名称、目的、范围及隐私政策
3. Third-party SDKs will be disclosed with name, purpose, scope and privacy policy
1. 访问/查询：查看GPS数据、设备信息、使用记录
2. 更正/删除：编辑删除本地/云端轨迹
3. 权限管理：开启/关闭蓝牙、位置、存储
4. 注销账号：可申请注销并清除数据
5. 我们将依法期限内响应
1. Access/Query: view GPS data, device info, usage records
2. Correct/Delete: edit/delete local/cloud tracks
3. Permission Management: enable/disable Bluetooth, Location, Storage
4. Account Deletion: apply to delete account and data
5. We will respond within the period required by law
八、第三方服务

如包含第三方链接/SDK，由其自行承担隐私责任。
If the App contains third-party links/SDKs, they are responsible for their own privacy.
九、未成年人保护
9. Minors’ Protection
本APP面向成年人；未满14周岁需监护人同意使用。
The App is for adults; users under 14 require guardian consent.

我们可更新政策，重大变更将在APP内显著公示。
We may update this policy; material changes will be prominently notified in the App.
